Allereerst wil ik iedereen hartelijk welkom heten op onze site. Daarna wil ik even vertellen hoe je over deze site kunt "wandelen". Zoals je ziet staat er aan de linkerkant een menu, dat blijft altijd staan, waar je ook naar toe gaat. Verder staan er aan het eind van de verschillende stukken tekst de volgende buttons:



De eerste staat voor terug, de tweede staat voor home, als je daarop klikt, kom je terug op deze pagina en dan als laatste de derde button, hiermee ga je naar de volgende pagina. Hierdoor is de volgorde waarin je het moet doorlopen duidelijk. Ook staan alle afzonderlijke pagina's die je gaat bezoeken onder elkaar in het frame aan de linkerkant. Dus als je een onderdeel wat minder interessant vindt, kun je gewoon doorklikken naar het volgende onderdeel. Voor de beste weergave kun je deze site het beste bekijken in internet explorer 3.0 of hoger en in netscape 3.0 of hoger in een resolutie van 800x600 of 1024x768. Deze site is voor het laatst op zondag 4 juni geupdate. Suggesties en/of op een aanmerkingen mag je natuurlijk altijd mailen, dit doe je door op de link aan de linkerkant te klikken. Als je deze site wilt bookmarken, kun je klikken op de link hieronder. Verder mag je natuurlijk altijd het gastenboek tekenen en lezen, naast de link naar het gastenboek staat onze teller, hierop kun je zien hoeveel bezoekers onze pagina al heeft gehad:

Online Mendelian Inheritance in Animals (OMIA) is a database of genes, inherited disorders and traits in more than 135 animal species (other than human and mouse, which have their own resources) authored by Professor Frank Nicholas of the University of Sydney, Australia, with help from many people over the years. The database contains textual information and references, as well as links to relevant PubMed and Gene records at the NCBI.
